About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business processes and IT systems. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers and designers to design innovative and effective solutions that align with client objectives.
Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
Assist product owners in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and understanding between both parties.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of AI, Blockchain, and mobile app technologies, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile management tools such as JIRA/Confluence/Flowcharts.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and/or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
